What is paint protection film?
Paint protection film (PPF) is a transparent, durable polyurethane film applied to painted surfaces. It absorbs impacts from stones, road debris and minor scratches, protecting the paint underneath.
Where is PPF applied?
Common areas include the front bumper, bonnet, wings, mirrors, headlights and door edges. Coverage ranges from small high-impact zones to full-vehicle wraps.
Is PPF self-healing?
High-quality PPF has self-healing properties. Minor scratches disappear when heat is applied, either from the sun, warm water or a heat gun.
How long does PPF last?
Professional PPF can last five to ten years depending on the brand, film thickness and how the vehicle is maintained. We use premium films with manufacturer-backed warranties.
PPF vs ceramic coating
PPF protects against physical damage. Ceramic coating protects against chemical and environmental contamination. Many customers combine both for maximum protection: PPF on high-impact areas, ceramic coating over the entire vehicle.
